Litbuy spreadsheet glossary

Spreadsheet and QC terms can get messy fast. These notes explain the common words in plain English so you can read listings with less guessing.

Plain meaning

Most terms are only clues, not proof.

A row, source link, batch name, or size chart helps you ask better questions. The final decision still comes from current listing details and QC photos.

Litbuy spreadsheet

A list of Litbuy-related finds grouped by category. Use it to start comparing products, not as proof that an item is good.

Findsindex

The site linked from our search box and category cards, including the main Litbuy spreadsheet and product category pages.

QC photos

Quality check photos taken after an item is received by a purchasing service or warehouse. They help you decide whether to keep, exchange, or reject the item.

Batch

A version or production run of a product. Two listings can look similar while using different materials, shapes, or finishing details.

Agent

A purchasing service that can buy, receive, photograph, store, and ship items. Rules and fees vary, so read them before ordering.

Size chart

A measurement table from the seller. Treat it as a clue, then confirm with actual measurements when the fit is important.

Dead link

A row or product URL that no longer opens correctly. Move on quickly; old spreadsheet rows can age out.
