Shoes
Check toe shape, heel tab height, sole paint, stitching density, tongue thickness, outsole finish, and whether both shoes sit evenly from the back.
A spreadsheet helps you find options. QC is where you decide whether the actual item in the warehouse is worth keeping. Check the details that matter for the category, compare them with the listing, and ask for extra proof before approving anything unclear.
Approval rule
If shape, alignment, size, hardware, print, or finish is hidden, ask for one more photo or measurement before shipping. A short delay is better than approving an unclear item.
Check toe shape, heel tab height, sole paint, stitching density, tongue thickness, outsole finish, and whether both shoes sit evenly from the back.
Look for slouch or structure problems, crooked logos, uneven glazing, rough zipper pulls, loose stitching, and hardware that looks too bright.
Compare chest width, sleeve length, hood shape, blank thickness, print scale, ribbing, and whether garment wash or distressing looks intentional.
Ask for close-ups. Finish, plating tone, stone setting, engraving depth, clasp quality, and real scale are hard to judge from distant photos.
Dial text, indices, bezel markers, date window, case thickness, bracelet brushing, clasp engraving, and marker alignment should be reviewed from straight angles.
Measure waist, rise, inseam, thigh, knee, and leg opening. Fabric drape often matters more than the flat lay photo.
